When a survivor calls our Hope Line, Her Song responds. Our care coordination services guide women through an often-overwhelming system of services, connecting them to support, stability, and safety.
Her Song's Care Coordination offers:

When you call the Hope Line phone number, the Survivor Care Coordinator will complete an over-the-phone screening and needs assessment with you. All information provided will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
